Traffic, Trust and Identity Intelligence Separating Real Users From Bots and AI Agents

Founded by Guy Tytunovich, Ehud Levy and Asaf Botovsky, CHEQ builds what it calls an intelligence standard for the human-AI era: a platform that determines whether a given visitor to a website, form or ad campaign is a genuine customer, an automated bot or an AI agent acting on someone's behalf. Headquartered in Tel Aviv with offices in New York, London and Tokyo, it serves marketing, security and privacy teams across finance, eCommerce and travel.

The platform is organized around three intelligence layers applied to the same visitor session. A traffic layer performs bot detection, behavioral analysis and device-spoofing checks; a trust layer looks for malicious scripts, account-takeover risk and consent violations; an identity layer resolves entities against an identity graph, scores risk in real time and flags synthetic identities. The company reports processing roughly six trillion signals daily, and enforcement happens live rather than through after-the-fact reporting.

Product packaging spans both marketing and governance use cases: Acquisition redirects paid spend away from invalid traffic across fifteen-plus ad platforms including Google, Meta and LinkedIn, Form Guard blocks bot-driven and low-intent submissions, Analytics surfaces invalid traffic in reporting, while Manage and Enforce handle tag governance, privacy and consent. Agent Intent extends the same classification to AI agents. Forrester named the company a Strong Performer in its 2026 Bot and Agent Trust Management Wave, and CyberArk founder Udi Mokady chairs the board.
